Scramble Fore Smiles 2018

Join us for the 9th Annual Scramble Fore Smiles Golf Tournament to benefit Smile Network International. The four-person, 18-hole golf scramble will be held on Thursday, June 14th, 2018 at Brookview Golf Course.

4:00 p.m.   Awards Ceremony & Buffet Dinner

Early Bird Pricing (until May 18th):

• Individual: $150
• Foursome: $600                                                                                                                                                

Regular Pricing (after May 18th):

• Individual: $175
• Foursome: $700  

Golf Registration includes 18-holes of golf with a cart, on-course games, silent auction, happy hour reception, dinner, awards presentation, and gift bag.
